As part of the Soil Health Nexus Digital Coffee Shop Series, Dr. Randy Jackson, who is a Teacher of Agronomy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, provides “Climate-Smart Farming for the North Central United States”. This discussion was initially transmitted on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

In his discussion, Dr. Jackson explores his current idea experiment- Can the quantity of beef presently produced in the U.S. (13 billion pounds annually) be raised on grazed seasonal meadow?
